Armstead Trade Vinyl Matt Emulsion - Black - 5L

When you need a deep, dramatic black for interior walls and ceilings that hides minor flaws as you roll, Wigley DIY recommends Armstead Trade Vinyl Matt Emulsion in 5L. This professional quality, water-based paint delivers reliable opacity across normal interior surfaces, helping you achieve a smooth, low-sheen finish without breaking a sweat. Whether you are tackling a busy commercial hallway or a striking feature wall at home, it goes on easy and covers up to 14m²/l on smooth surfaces of average porosity.

To get the best results, stir thoroughly before use. On very absorbent surfaces, apply a sealing coat of thinned Armstead Trade Vinyl Matt using up to 1 part clean water to 10 parts paint, followed by 1 or 2 full coats for the normal finishing process. It touches dry in 1-2 hours and is ready to recoat in 2-4 hours, though drying times depend upon temperature and humidity.
