Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Wigley DIY Ltd’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
The term ‘Wigley DIY Ltd’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Barracks Road, Sandy Lane Industrial Estate, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire DY13 9QB. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Item Description

Wigley DIY Ltd. takes great care with the descriptions of the products, as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation (e.g. variations in colour, changes in packaging). Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and Wigley DIY Ltd. cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.


We accept all the major debit and credit cards: Visa; MasterCard; Access; Visa Electron and Maestro cards.


Prices quoted are those valid at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. VAT does not apply to orders to be shipped outside the EU or other tax free areas, in these circumstances goods will be priced without VAT. All prices shown are with VAT included. All products shown in this service are subject to availability.
Due to a number of reasons prices on the website may differ to those in store. Please be aware that our policy is generally not to reduce the in store prices to match those online or vice versa. If you have seen a product online and intend to visit us to complete your purchase please contact us to ensure we can match the online price. Similarly, we may display items on our website that we do not carry in stock, but instead order specially. These items will display a lead time next to them on their product page.

Printing & Pricing Errors

We try to be very competitive with our prices but should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price. (Errors and Omissions Accepted).


All prices on this site are quoted inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate; your selected delivery destination will determine whether or not VAT is applicable. If VAT is not applicable then this tax will be deducted from your order prior to your card being charged. Your location may render you liable to import, state, local or other taxes: Such taxes are entirely your responsibility. You must include your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. Wigley DIY Ltd. uses an address verification system to ensure correct billing addresses. Orders with incorrect details will not be processed.

Security and Privacy

We take security of your details very seriously and have taken every precaution to ensure your transaction is secure. All your personal and account details are held on a secure web server, if you are still unsure about submitting your details over the internet, why not give us a call on 01299 822250. 
It is your responsibility to make sure the details you provide are accurate and truthful. It is also important for you to maintain the confidentiality of your account to prevent any unauthorised access. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your account. If you believe your password has become known to another person or is being used in an unauthorised manner please contact us immediately.

Order Confirmation

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address and telephone number on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Cancelling or Altering Orders

You can cancel or alter your order at any time prior to its dispatch, except on items that have been mixed or cut by us on your request. Altered orders may be subject to a small delay as the order is repackaged etc. Please have your order details ready when phoning us. 
You may also choose to cancel your contract with us up to 14 days after you have received your order. You must notify us in writing or via e-mail with a brief outline stating why you are rejecting the goods. After this you must return your goods to us at your own expense within 7 days, making sure they are adequately packaged to prevent damage.

Any sum which we debited from your account will be refunded (as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving back the goods), less the original cost of delivery, unless the goods are being returned due to a fault or the goods are not what you ordered. 
If the goods returned are damaged, we reserve the right to charge you for their reduction in value.

Cancellation By Us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: we do not deliver to your area, we are out of stock of one or more of the goods, or any of the goods are listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error. 
If we do choose to cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail or telephone and re-credit your account as soon as possible.

When Will My Order Be Despatched?

Orders received before 1400 Hrs Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day provided we have your items in stock. If we do not we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm lead time.
Items ordered after 1400 Hrs Friday and during a weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Items dispatched on Friday are for delivery the following week.
Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

***PLEASE NOTE:*** This Is our STANDARD DELIVERY. Unlike most websites we do not charge extra for the next day service. We feel this offers excellent value for money. In the rare circumstance that the delivery is not attempted on time for any reason beyond our control (e.g. the courier missorts the parcel) we do not offer a refund on this charge,

The delivery company we use consider the following postcodes 'Remote Scottish Mainland:'

Delivery to these postcodes will be on a 2-5 Day Service on will incur a surcharge of £7.50. 


Collect Instore – FREE (We will contact you when your order is ready for collection)

Orders received before 1400 Hrs Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day

Items ordered after 1400 Hrs Friday and during a weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Items dispatched on Friday are for delivery the following week.
Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

The cost of delivery is based upon the value of your ‘basket’ upon checkout. For large, bulky or heavy items (e.g. garden furniture) an extra charge may be added. You will be made aware of this in the product description.

PLEASE NOTE - We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands (or other offshore islands), Isle of Wight, Isle of Man.

Please inspect the condition of the packaging before signing, if there is any sign of damage please make a note of this beside your signature.

If you wish for your parcel to be left in a safe place without being signed for then this is possible. Please let us know in the 'Comments' box on the checkout page. We will pass these instructions on to the courier company who will leave the consignment if they are happy that the location is safe. PLEASE NOTE: By doing this we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit, or items that have gone missing after they have been left in the safe place.

If you do not receive you goods when expected please notify us as soon as possible, we will investigate the problem and aim to get it fixed as soon as we can.

If you wish for your items to be be delivered on a particular weekday then please leave instructions in the 'Comments' box on the checkout page and we will dispatch your order the day before using our 'Standard Next Working Day' service at no extra cost.


Bank Holiday Delivery Schedule 

Please note that orders will not be delivered or dispatched on UK Public Bank Holidays.

For example:

Orders placed before 2pm on the Friday before a Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered on the Tuesday.

Orders placed after 2pm on the Friday will be dispatched on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday Monday for delivery on the Wednesday.


Goods Out Of Stock

We endevour to keep our stock system as up to date as possible, any items shown as 'In Stock' should be available for our 'Next Working Day*' delivery. However sometimes errors do occur.

If you place an order and the goods are out of stock we will inform you ASAP via email or telephone. Please ensure that you submit your correct email and telephone details on the order form.
If your order contains multiple items, we can either wait for the out of stock item to arrive and ship everything together, or ship the order separately.

PLEASE NOTE: If you agree to have your parcel sent out when it is back in stock you will not be eligible for a refund on your delivery charge. We will still send your parcel out on our 'Standard Next Working/Weekday Day' service when it is back in stock.

Wigley DIY Ltd. stock status is constantly updated, but as stock is shared with a retail store occasionally we may run out of popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot dispatch your order we will contact you with a revised dispatch date. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

We understand goods may need to be returned for a number of reasons, we aim to make this as hassle free as possible. If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
- You must notify us via e-mail (Sales@wigleydiy.co.uk) or in writing within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please give  your order number and a brief reason for return. Good must then be returned within 7 days of your notification. 
- Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached and in ‘as new’ condition i.e. unused and unmarked
- Goods must have accompanying receipt and completed returns form.
- Goods listed in our Special Offers or Clearance sections are not refundable, but may be exchanged.
- Any goods that have been cut or mixed by us are non refundable or exchangeable 
- Unwanted Goods - Costs incurred in posting the returned item are your responsibility and proof of postage should be obtained. Goods returned simply “unwanted” will be liable for all original carriage costs, which will be deducted from your refund. 
- Faulty or Damaged Goods – Please inspect your items for damage within 7 days of receiving them. In the unlikely event that the goods we have supplied are damaged or faulty you will not be responsible for the cost of sending returning them. We will agree the best way of returning the goods with yourselves after you have notified us.

PLEASE NOTE  - Any goods returned to us as ‘Faulty’ will be checked by us on their return. If they are deemed to be in working order, you will then be charged for all carriage costs.  
                       - Any sum debited by us will be refunded as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving back the goods.



Wigley DIY Ltd. and any other party involved in making this site available to you are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of its being accessed or used. Wigley DIY Ltd. assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property in any way, shape or form as a direct result of accessing this web site.
Wigley DIY Ltd. will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that the company is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond our control. 
Wigley DIY Ltd. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this `condition` and we will have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question


We try very hard to provide high quality customer service but we are only human, and we do make mistakes. However, if this is the case we promise we will do everything we can to put it right.
