UK Mainland Delivery - Next Day (Monday - Saturday* Order By 2pm)
Our delivery charge is based upon the value of your ‘basket’ upon checkout. We have tried to keep things as simple and transparent as possible by advertising our items online at the best price we can, and then charging a reasonable contribution towards our cost of delivery. We make NO money from delivery charges.

£15.00 - £29.99 = £4.95
£30.00 - £49.99 = £5.95
Over £50 = FREE

This is our STANDARD DELIVERY. Unlike most websites we do not charge extra for the next day or Saturday service*. We feel this offers excellent value for money. In the rare circumstance that the delivery is not attempted on time for any reason beyond our control (e.g. the courier missorts the parcel) we DO NOT offer a refund on this charge, it is not guaranteed.

2-3 Day Service: AB30-AB38, AB42-AB45, AB53-AB56, DD8-DD9, IV21-IV28, IV40, IV52-IV54, KW1-KW14, PA34-PA40, PH30-PH41, PH49-PH50 (PA80 3 DAY)
Delivery to these postcodes will incur a surcharge of £10.00.
We do not like having to add this surcharge, however this is the extra we have to pay to deliver to those areas. We are aware that some companies such as 'Royal Mail' do not add a surcharge, but they also have a long list of prohibited items that we cannot send with them. Unfortunately a number of our best sellers appear on this list.
Collect Instore – FREE
Collection is from our one and only Worcestershire (DY13 9QB) based store.
We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands (or other off shore islands), Isle of Wight, or the Isle of Man.
We also do not deliver to the following postcodes: HS, IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PA20, PA41-PA78, PH42-PH44, ZE, PO30-PO41, IM
We hope to deliver to these areas in the future, however the cost is prohibitively high for us at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience.
When will your order be dispatched?
Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, for expected delivery the following day. If there is a problem we will let you know as soon as this becomes apparent.
Items ordered after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Please inspect the condition of the packaging before signing, if there is any sign of damage please make a note of this beside your signature.
If you wish for your parcel to be left in a safe place without being signed for then this is possible. Please let us know in the 'Comments' box on the checkout page. We will pass these instructions on to the courier company who will leave the consignment if they are happy that the location is safe. PLEASE NOTE: By doing this we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit, or items that have gone missing after they have been left in the safe place.
If you do not receive you goods when expected please notify us as soon as possible, we will investigate the problem and aim to get it fixed as soon as we can.
If you wish for your items to be delivered on a particular day/date then please leave instructions in the 'Comments' box on the checkout page and we will dispatch your order the day before using our 'Standard Next Working Day' service at no extra cost.
UK Public Bank Holiday Delivery Schedule
Please note that orders will not be delivered or dispatched on UK Public Bank Holidays.
Orders placed before 2pm on the Friday before a Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Orders placed after 2pm on the Friday will be dispatched on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday Monday for delivery on the Wednesday.
Goods Out Of Stock
We endeavour to keep our stock system as up to date as possible, any items shown as 'In Stock' should be available for our 'Next Day' delivery. However sometimes errors do occur.
If you place an order and the goods are out of stock we will inform you ASAP via email or telephone. Please ensure that you submit your correct email and telephone details on the order form.
If your order contains multiple items, we can either wait for the out of stock item to arrive and ship everything together, or ship the order separately.
PLEASE NOTE: If you agree to have your parcel sent out when it is back in stock you will not be eligible for a refund on your delivery charge. We will still send your parcel out on our 'Standard Next Day' service when it is back in stock.
Wigley DIY Ltd. stock status is constantly updated, but as stock is shared with a retail store occasionally we may run out of popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot dispatch your order we will contact you with a revised dispatch date. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Returns (28 Day Policy)
We understand goods may need to be returned for a number of reasons; we aim to make this as hassle free as possible. If you would like to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
You must notify us via e-mail (Sales@wigleydiy.co.uk) or in writing within 28 days of receiving your goods. Please give your order number and a brief reason for return. Good must then be returned within 7 days of this notification.
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached and in ‘as new’ condition i.e. unused and unmarked
Goods listed in our 'Special Offers' or 'Clearance' sections are not refundable, but may be exchanged.
Any goods that have been cut, mixed, or 'special ordered' by us are non refundable or exchangeable.
Unwanted Goods - All costs incurred to return an unwanted item are your responsibility, and proof of postage should be obtained.
Faulty or Damaged Goods – Please inspect your items for damage within 7 days of receiving them. In the unlikely event that the goods we have supplied are damaged or faulty you will not be responsible for the cost of returning them. We will agree the best way of returning the goods with yourselves after you have notified us.
Any goods returned to us as 'Faulty' or 'Damaged' will be checked by us on their return. If they are deemed to be in working order, you will then be charged for the return carriage costs which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after we have received the retuned items. This will be no longer than 14 days, but generally much faster.
