Bedec Barn Paint (Semi Gloss) Dark Green - 2.5L

Stop wasting time prepping stubborn exterior surfaces with Wigley DIY's go-to choice for heavy-duty property restoration: Bedec Barn Paint (Semi Gloss) Dark Green - 2.5L. Originally formulated for historic Essex barn restoration, this versatile acrylic system lets you bypass frustrating prep work by applying directly over previously painted surfaces—even those coated with weathered bitumen, tar varnish, or creosote, provided there are no loose powdery deposits. Whether you are protecting agricultural buildings, fences, gates, wood, metal, cement fibre cladding, farm equipment, tanks, drainpipes, gutters, doors, windows, brick, concrete, plastic, or weathered galvanised steel and plastisol cladding around farms, factories, houses, and gardens, this tough, durable, and flexible micro-porous coating delivers ultimate protection and excellent colour retention.

Get the job finished faster on site or at home with a quick-drying formula that lets you apply two or three coats in one day, especially during the summer months. It dries in 2-4 hours, is normally recoatable after four hours at 18°C and 65% relative humidity, and fully hardens after one month. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying to achieve a long-lasting finish that resists cracking, blistering, flaking, rain, severe weather, rot, and algal build-up.
