Put the finishing touch on your woodturning projects with the Charnwood N3FJ10 Bowl Reversing Jaws, designed for the Nexus3 chuck and compatible alternative brands. Also known as Cole jaws or Flat jaws, this 10" Diameter attachment is essential for remounting completed bowls to refine the outside shape, or to clean up and remove unwanted spigots, recesses, and jaw marks. Built for versatility, they accommodate bowl diameters ranging from 45mm up to 217mm.
The system features 8 rubber-coated fixings to hold your workpiece securely in place, and the jaws adjust across 7 different positions in 12mm intervals to suit your exact dimensions. When mounted to a Charnwood Nexus3 chuck, the outer edge measures 210mm diameter when closed and 237mm diameter when opened, requiring a chuck with a minimum jaw travel of 24mm. Please note that a maximum rpm of 600 applies, and dimensions will vary when fitted to other compatible chucks depending on their jaw travel.
