Power-sand curved surfaces with total control using the Charnwood SP004 Sandi Pad Medium EVA Foam Pad - 75mm, available at Wigley DIY. Tradespeople and DIYers can mount the shank into any suitable drill chuck, using it in a drill press or a hand-held drill. Woodturners can also mount the pad into a drill chuck fitted to the headstock of a lathe. The EVA foam pad conforms to curves, and the contra rotations of the drill or lathe mounted pad eliminate swirl marks to produce a fine finish. Featuring a hook backing, it can be used with any loop backed discs. This hook & loop system allows discs to be quickly swapped to work down through grit sizes to achieve a superb finish. The medium firmness EVA foam is a good combination between durability and flexibility.
