Chestnut Products Air Purge Spray - 200ml

Stop wasting money on half-used tins of expensive oil finishes that skin over and thicken on the shelf. When you store oil, the trapped oxygen inside the can starts the curing process, and the more air left in the tin, the faster it ruins. While decanting into smaller bottles or dropping stones into the tin are messy, fiddly workarounds, Wigley DIY has a much cleaner fix. Chestnut Products Air Purge Spray saves your leftover finishes without the hassle.

Just a quick 3-5 second spray into your can of oil replaces the oxygen with an inert, heavier-than-air gas that slows down the curing process. It works with most oils, including Finishing Oil or Hard Wax Oil, and does not affect the finish itself. Featuring a nozzle with a short spout to make it easy to spray directly into the can, this 200ml aerosol keeps your finishes usable for much longer.
