When you need a smart, low-sheen finish on interior woodwork or metalwork without losing time to lingering smells, Wigley DIY recommends Dulux Quick Dry Eggshell Paint in Mineral Mist. This water-based, self-undercoating paint is formulated for straightforward application on doors and windows, helping you get through room updates quickly and cleanly. It covers up to 16m2/litre and dries in 6 hours, making it easy to apply 2 coats in a single working day.
Because it is wipeable and low odour, it is an ideal choice for busy domestic spaces where you want a professional touch without the hassle of traditional solvent-based paints. Just remember to keep newly painted doors and windows open until the paint is fully dry.
