Makita DGA452Z 18V LXT 115mm Angle Grinder - Body Only

Upgrade your cutting and grinding setup with the Makita DGA452Z 18V LXT 115mm Angle Grinder, engineered as the pioneer angle grinder in the MAKSTAR series. Built for tradespeople and DIYers demanding reliable cordless performance, this body only machine packs a high-powered 4 pole motor capable of spinning at a no load speed of 10,000 rpm. It accepts standard wheels or discs for mains grinders and features an easy grip body with high comfort grips to reduce fatigue during extended fabrication or maintenance tasks.

You get the heavy-duty power of an 18 v system without the extra baggage, as Lithium-ion technology delivers a 40% weight saving so your battery weighs the same as a 12 volt Ni-MH battery. Expect significantly less downtime thanks to the air cooled Makstar Optimum Charging System, which achieves a rapid 22 min charge time, alongside an enhanced lifespan providing 430% greater run time than Ni-MH or Ni-Cad counterparts. Safety and control are front and centre with an electronic current limiter featuring a warning lamp, plus an anti-restart function with warning lamp to prevent accidental startups after a battery change.
