Ideal for dovetailing, tenoning, cross-cutting, box making, and general cabinet making, it combines traditional craftsmanship with precision performance.

The blade is securely fixed to a traditional rattan wrapped paulownia wooden handle, offering fantastic control through every cut. With a fine 20tpi tooth pattern, it delivers exceptional precision on demanding tasks up to a maximum cutting depth of 50mm, making it fully suitable for cutting tenon shoulders. Note that unlike most of the Shogun range, the MCD240 features a fixed blade that cannot be replaced.
