It forms a flexible, vapour-permeable, micro-porous, water-shedding coating packed with a biocide (containing the surface biocide 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one 0.07% by weight once dried) to protect the dried film against fungal degradation and mould.

Built for long-lasting performance with up to 15 years protection, it resists cracking, blistering, flaking, rain, and severe weather while keeping its colour.
