Our delivery charge is based upon the value of your ‘basket’ upon checkout. We have tried to keep things as simple and transparent as possible by advertising our items online at the best price we can, and then charging a reasonable contribution towards our cost of delivery. This is our STANDARD DELIVERY. Unlike most websites we do not charge extra for the next day or Saturday service*. We feel this offers excellent value for money. In the rare circumstance that the delivery is not attempted on time for any reason beyond our control (e.g. the courier missorts the parcel) we DO NOT offer a refund on this charge, it is not guaranteed.
* Saturday delivery is not available to some remote locations.
* Some businesses do not accept deliveries on Saturdays. If you do not wish your order to be delivered on a Saturday please let us know in the 'Comments' box on the checkout page.

Delivery to these postcodes will incur a surcharge of £10.00.
We do not like having to add this surcharge, however this is the extra we have to pay to deliver to those areas. We are aware that some companies such as 'Royal Mail' do not add a surcharge, but they also have a long list of prohibited items that we cannot send with them. Unfortunately a number of our best sellers appear on this list.

We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands (or other off shore islands), Isle of Wight, or the Isle of Man.
We also do not deliver to the following postcodes: HS, IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56, KA27-KA28, KT15-KT17, PA20, PA41-PA78, PH42-PH44, ZE, PO30-PO41, IM.
