Originally formulated for Essex barn restorations, this tough, durable, and flexible microporous acrylic system tackles previously painted surfaces—even those coated with weathered bitumen, tar varnish, or creosote—without breaking a sweat, provided there are no loose powdery deposits. Whether you are protecting timber gates, fencing, farm equipment, metal cladding, or weathered galvanised steel, this multi-surface coating delivers exceptional colour retention and long-lasting protection against rot, algal build-up, rain, and severe weather. With the ability to apply two or three coats in one day during summer months, it keeps your projects moving fast.

Designed for professional tradespeople and competent DIYers alike, it offers reliable resistance against cracking, blistering, and flaking across wood, plastic, concrete, weathered galvanised steel, brick, and cladding. Each 2.5L tin covers approximately 13-15 sq meters/litre per coat when applied by brush or roller, depending on the texture and porosity of the substrate. Under optimal conditions at 18°C and 65% relative humidity, it dries in 2-4 hours, is normally recoatable after four hours, and fully hardens after one month. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying to get the ultimate protection with the ultimate surface coating system.
