Dulux Trade Quick Dry Wood Primer Undercoat - 5L

Dulux Trade Quick Dry Wood Primer Undercoat is a water-based, high opacity, dual purpose primer undercoat that gives you excellent adhesion on both softwoods and hardwoods, as well as chipboard and fibre board, apart from fire retardant-treated types. It is also suitable to use as an undercoat on woodwork that has already been primed or painted with either water- or solvent-based paint. You can easily apply it with a brush, roller, or spray, and it is recoatable in 2-4 hours so you can crack on with the job.

Make sure to stir thoroughly before use and treat any knots in the wood with an appropriate knotting solution. For new or bare surfaces, apply 2 coats of Dulux Trade Quick Dry Wood Primer Undercoat, leaving a minimum of 2 hours drying time between coats. For previously painted surfaces, 1 coat is needed. Once dry, finish with an appropriate Dulux Trade paint system.
