Stop wasting weekends redoing flaky exterior woodwork. Wigley DIY stocks Dulux Weathershield Exterior High Gloss Paint in Black 750ml to give your front door, gates, and metalwork a tough, mirror-like finish that actually lasts. Backed by a 10 year weather protection guarantee on sound surfaces, this high-performance formulation is specifically engineered to bend with the timber. That flexible paint film resists cracking while staying mould resistant to keep ugly black staining at bay, outperforming standard Dulux gloss formulations.
Applying this solvent-based exterior gloss is straightforward when you use a brush. You will need 2 coats, with 16 hours to dry between layers. Keep newly painted doors and windows open until the coating is fully dry. Once finished, simply wipe excess paint off your brush with a cloth and wash clean with water. You get an impressive coverage of up to 18m?/litre to make short work of your exterior projects.
