Zinsser Cover Stain Primer Sealer & Stain Killer - White 2.5L is a high-performance oil-based primer, sealer, stain sealer and bond coat designed for both interior and exterior use. It sticks to all surfaces without sanding, saving tradespeople and DIYers valuable time and money on every project. Whether you need to permanently block stubborn nicotine, water, smoke, cedar, and redwood stains or prime new wood trim so it can be sanded and topcoated the same day, this versatile white coating delivers exceptional hiding power and enamel undercoating performance.
On exterior jobs, its unique formulation provides full penetration and flexibility on dimensionally unstable wood paneling and trim where most oil-based primers fail, resisting cracking and peeling while remaining compatible with all decorative top coats.
